In my professional practices I work to capture the voices of individual clients and express them in a visual manner that suits their unique needs. Focusing on working with local businesses and organizations, especially ones that I have connections to, is currently what makes up most of my practice. For these organizations, I enjoy creating a variety of posters, and have created many promoting different bands, advertising music events, as well as commemorating sports teams. To show my dedication to these organizations besides my personal affiliations with them, I offer full service of printing and framing of my designs as I believe it is necessary to know exactly how a project will turn out before it gets delivered to a client. I also have educationally curated experience on creating complete brand identities for unique businesses, building skills in logo design, promotional materials, as well as mockups of merchandise based on this branding.

My graphic design process endures working in a primarily cyber realm, with rough digital sketches being translated into digital final products, though I always have a notebook filled with various scribbled down drawings and notes of ideas at my side while working to use as a reference as well as to jot down ideas for future projects. I also aim to incorporate my photography practices into my work, whether drawing inspiration from pictures I have taken, using them as reference images or color palettes, or using the actual photos for poster backgrounds. As well as simply using my knowledge from photography practice and integrating it into my art, with an understanding of the impact of lighting, color, and framing within a piece.

As for materials, while working digitally I stay within Adobe Creative Cloud, executing the majority of my projects in Illustrator, though using other programs when needed such as Photoshop for editing photos. Though for my fine art practices I tend to transfer to physical art, creating primarily on paper with a mixed variety of drawing materials such as alcohol markers, pens from fineliner to paint, and watercolors. While not combining mediums I enjoy drawing simply with black pen to express my sketch-like style, or with pencil in grayscale for realism. I also thoroughly enjoy working in sculpture and jewelry marking, and never turn away from an opportunity to explore new mediums, always learning from these experiences on how to incorporate new ideas into my art.

The conceptual framework much of my fine art practices revolve around include my love for pop culture from comics to film, especially of the modern superhero, as well as a favoritism of Pop Art, admiring artists such as Keith Haring and Andy Warhol. All of which feature bold action packed designs and colors which I strive to incorporate into my artwork, often expressed using one of two polar opposite color palettes, bright vibrant colors, or black and white with one or two accent colors, though primarily red. I also incorporate this use of color in my everyday life, from the clothes that I wear to the way that I do my makeup, using the choice of color to explore different styles and aesthetics. Further, I often draw artistic inspiration from music by visually attributing colors as well as moods to different songs, which at times assists me in my creative process, often listening to one song the entire duration of creating a single piece. On the contrary, for my graphic design practices I tend to cater towards individual clients' styles and reflect them accurately in my work. Acknowledging that my personal styles may not be the best t to suit their needs, but using my vast knowledge and practical application of many other styles to create an output best fit for them.
